„Golden Merida Bike“ on auction
Proceeds for help- and reconciliation project in Vietnam

Olympic Mountainbike Champion Gunn-Rita Dahle and silver medalist Jose Antonio Hermida from Multivan-Merida Biking Team and the Merida Bike Company support the „Village of friendship“ in Vietnam. An unique „Golden Merida Bike“ will be auctioned on Ebay from 2nd to 12th of September.

The Bike will be presented from 1st to 4th of September at Eurobike in Friedrichshafen.

„We can make a difference“, was the credo of George Mizo. It was the American Vietnam veteran who - against political and social odds -  set out to strengthen the spirit of reconciliation ten years after the end of the Vietnam war. Together with former enemies he founded the "village of friendship".
He made a difference and so can we!

"I`m very happy to use my name and position to help people that suffer from war action many years ago. I believe that my action in this work for "Village of Friendship" can do very much for a lot of poor and suffering people and I do hope that other will also see the opportunity to give a hand for those people. A little bit from all of us will make their lives a lot better", says Gunn-Rita Dahle.
